1.まだ工事中で8時になると騒音が酷かった。 2.朝食のレストランで賑やかな音楽がうるさくて不快だった、スタッフの好みでしかない。 3.レストランスタッフは挨拶も無く、席に来もしない。 お客が来ない方がいいみたいな感じでプロフェッショナルというよりアルバイトの見習いかも知れない。 4.サービス業の基本である「正確」「迅速」「親切・丁寧」等教育がなされていない為、とても残念な施設。

GBThe staff is the biggest asset of Casa. I forgot his name but he goes the extra mile just to make sure we are looked after. He’s a credit to this hotel! He was the one bringing our breakfast to the room.
Everything was amazing! I couldn’t find any fault. Although, there are a lot of construction going on, that didn’t bother us at all.

CAThe food and certain employees were very helpful in finding infos about the ferry and how to get to the pier.
We had to fight to get the room we booked. Also, the staff at the reception and at the restaurant were not at all helpful when we asked for help the next morning.

At 6:15 a.m., work began in front of the door to my room. It was on the other side, in front of the door. There's no access to the beach. (No beach near)
