Updated and sterile

So newly updated it felt like a chemical bath. Off gassing from materials left a strong chemical smell and the place felt so sterile it’s more like a ward than a hotel. But many seem to like that

Nothing, it was great

The hotel is new and very beautiful. Very refreshing after a long day of travel.

The initial staff upon arrival was not at all friendly. When we arrived, we had to wait 15 minutes until someone came to the desk as she was nowhere to be seen. She was very curt and did not give any kind of warm welcoming vibes. The next morning, as we were walking to the car, we found the front desk person sound asleep at the front desk. We went out to the car, came back in, and he was still asleep. Not a good first impression whatsoever.

Very clean and modern. Excellent rooms. Lovely swimming pool area.

The rooms were really spacious and pretty.

There are not many options for food.

hotel is very cute and clean - great staff!

beds are NOT comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable with very nice decor.

The tv remote refused to work, which meant we couldn't use the TV, but we were moved to another room where everything was perfect and worked well.

The location is close to Brian Head and just next to freeway. It is easy to find.

Parowan is a small town. This hotel mainly serve people going to ski in Brian Head. Not much going on in Parowan.
