The Valor, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The facilities are beautiful. I feel that the money spent on the decor was extravagant.

The drapes were very dismal. The sunlight completely shone through both drapes. The drapes did not cover the window so sunlight came through on all sides. I would find more value in less decor and more functional window coverings. It is very important to sleep in darkness.

Everything was amazing .

There was an employee (male) in the front .. there were other people in the hotel but when my family and I came in, he literally left the front table ran up the stairs and watched us the entire time. It was very weird. It’s 2025. We gotta be more open to different races . He made me want to check out and leave honestly.

Clean comfort and very good pillow

This hotel was incredible! Not only the whole facility is clean , staff were so welcoming and helpful. The pool was open until 10pm and it was very warm inside. Breakfast was delicious and had variety of foods. We got playpen for out baby . In the room you had everything you needed and the room was very spacious.

There was nothing to complain about. You had everything you needed - fast . Room was clean . Food was excellent. People were very nice. It is new hotel so road to it can be some confusing - it shows you to turn for highway but there is no highway exit there .

The decor, rooms/bathroom and Tv and the staff were all wonderful

The pillows hahah they were only thing we didn’t like everything else was wonderful but the pillows were so uncomfortable.
