Super clean, accomodating staff, all the requests are easily provided. Helpdesk is one call away. They clean room everyday, changed towels and provide essentials like dental hygiene kits, toiletries (bath soap, bath gels and conditioners, tissues).

The comfort room exhaust fan stopped working on our first day. But, it is also my fault not tyrying to report this with the helpdesk.

This is my 3rd time booking Azalea Hotel and Residences Boracay for my family. All I can say is... Their service and staff are very helpful and accommodating with all my concerns. All the staff are friendly and courteous. My kids love the room, space and how fast the internet is! We just love the overall vibe of Azalea! will definitely book again, and most probably our annual Bora vacation home!

The location. Very accessible to everything. There’s an ATM nearby, Grocery Store, Pharmacy. And very near to the Beach front. There’s a mini kitchen for all the rooms where you can cook. You can hang your clothes. Iron press is available. You can request for other stuff as well. The staff are all excellent in what they do. My whole clan booked 6 rooms in total. We all had a fantastic time. Will definitely book here again next time we come to Boracay. Highly recommended. And most of all, reasonably priced.
