Very nice hotel staff.

First of all, as soon as I arrived ,the staff said room booked by you is very small...2 people cannot stay, would you want an upgrade - when I saw the room, it was very very small...no place to even keep luggage I was offered a higher variant room at extra cost...had to pay extra for heater and more importantly basic requirements in a room were not offered...everything including towels had to be told... Next day morning I spent close to 1 hour getting the flush to work including the team Was this the reason that you kept room amount non refundable??

They should revisit the price of meals mentioned for main courses in the bluecharcole restaurant.

Mostly everything. It was value for money. Very congenial staff. Some minor repairs in the bathroom are needed.
