Fabulous Garden Room with en-suite

I loved the whole design and easily accessible layout, great lighting and a relatively cool but not cold room! I loved the kitchenette that was cleverly hidden and the lovely bathroom facilities! Great location to a near by co cop and entrances into town

initially thought the room was great, light, spacious, modern. But!!!!!!!! the microwave had sooo much food splattered in it, it smelled & the coffee granules were mouldy!! bed seemed clean and liked the shower; but was very disappointed with cleanliness given the price.

needs a proper clean! there was loads of dust and cobwebs & marks.

Very cold room heaters didn’t work very well. Heating was set at a timer which seems switch off during the night. The room was very cold throughout the whole night. No additional heaters where provided

Room was a great size. I thought it was a little cold on entry, but when the heating came on, it was a very pleasant temperature. Nice garden view, nice to have a little area for making tea, coffee, toast etc. Good to have a TV but no Aerial so have to stream TV and it buffers a bit.

The mattress was very soft. Our biggest bugbear was they had not left enough toilet paper on arrival and had to wait until after 9am the next morning to get some. The room could have done with a bit more of a hoover. Also could do with a light outside as it’s very dark in the night.

A beautiful room in a lovely area, well thought out layout and amenities, beautiful garden.

Washing up in a narrow bathroom sink and unreliable internet

The room was very comfortable with useful seating area and excellent bed. Bathroom, like everything else, was high spec. Sweet little hidden kitchenette. A large elegant room with a cosy feel.

I like a human greeting, especially being a woman travelling on her own. Whilst the access was easy, with good instructions, I wasn't sure where the owner was (near in case of problems?) and, as the rest of the property was occupied, it would have been nice to know whether the owner was one of them. Hospitality, to me, is about the personal greeting. As for the neighbouring statue, already commented upon, clearly the owner can't do anything about that! I just kept the curtains drawn. Many I'm sure would love the statue. Just a bit of a shock seeing it at first!

No Breakfast. Overall room very clean and comfortable. Mattress a little too soft for us but that's a personal choice. TV reception not very good.
