Guests must send a copy of a valid photo ID showing their address to the property before check-in. Please note that not all facilities may always be available during your stay, and the property does not accept responsibility for any closures. Please ensure you have insurance for your stay; we will not accept responsibility for any loss/damage. This property does not accept third-party bookings. All guests' information, including name, address, age, car reg number, email, and phone number, is required to process your leisure pass. If you have booked last minute or have not provided the info within 24 hours of arrival, there may be a delay in issuing your leisure passes to access the leisure complex (pools, entertainment, etc.). As a family-friendly holiday park, we have a strict policy of no parties or gatherings, and we are unable to accept bookings from those living nearby. You must pay the EUR 150 damage or loss deposit at least 24 hours before arrival. Please note: Entertainment for Christmas and New Year may not be available because it is ticket-only and needs to be purchased several months in advance. Guests must sign a rental agreement on arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
