Not a bad location, with a wonderful view from the balcony.

Before check-in, my wife and I filled out quite a complicated form, where we uploaded our documents and selfies with them (which is rather uncommon when booking apartments in Italy or other countries, as usually just photos of the documents are enough). I want to file a complaint about the management company and specifically its staff. Almost at the last moment, they decided to send us the check-in instructions via a WhatsApp video. Everything would have been fine if the staff had a basic understanding of how the internet works. The video was over 60 MB, and in the mountains, uploading it takes time. For some reason, the employee who was sending it never waited for the video to upload completely, but kept turning off the internet on their phone at about 30–40%. After several failed attempts (I think there were about 5), we finally agreed on a video call, and only then they explained how to collect the keys. Why don’t they just send the instructions right away? If you know about your internet problems, why not prepare a simple guide with pictures and arrows showing where to go? This could be sent directly through Booking messages, as other hosts do. We booked this accommodation more than a month in advance. After the beauty of the Dolomites, I had almost forgotten about this unpleasant incident, until more than a week after the trip, the same employee contacted me again asking to send our documents. And this after we had wasted a lot of time registering on their own website, where we had to upload photos of the documents from all sides and selfies with them, as well as with our children — the latter was not so easy to do. The house itself was fine; my complaints are only about the check-in organization.

La limpieza, ubicación y tranquilidad de la zona.

No es un chalet, no tiene zona exterior salvo un balcón, se queda pequeño para una familia. El frigorífico es pequeño y está ubicado en una zona en la que hay que acceder a él agachándote. Las almohadas no son cómodas. Hay una escalera de unos 20 escalones para llegar al apartamento, si vas con bebés puede resultar incómodo.

"Large equipped apartment with a view"

Large and very well equipped apartment with a view to the mountains, comfortable bed.

I don't like online self-accommodation process, which they push you to fill. It requires selfie photos of all guests with personal documents, so I didn't finish it. Google maps showed us bad location, but the host sent us videos and a photo how to get there, when we were on the way. My phone was not able to download or play the longer 6 minutes video, but we somehow managed to get to the apartment. Maybe there could be signs on the site? The decoration could be renewed, there were Christmas decorations on the walls, even when we were here in June. Also prospects in the basket on the table were from the winter season 2023 or something like that, althought is year 2025.
