His Majesty's Hotel and Apartments

Good two night stay. Friendly, helpful staff; included was a tasty breakfast served with a hot drink and fruit; the shower was hot and powerful; the bed was comfortable and the air con worked really well. Located centrally, easy to get to places. Close to Labadi beach.

Old, unkempt facility. furniture in the room is old, decrepit and broken. Entrance to the facility is unappealing to a first-time visitor. One has the impression the place is an unabandoned building with no visible security presence. Needed a confirmation from a passer by before entering. Charging over GHS3,000 (USD243) for two nights was a complete rip-off.

Breakfast was good. It should be served automatically.

No room service. People eat in their rooms regardless of what you tell them. They should not make it easier for people to stay there.

Visa card machine was not working

The hotel is far from the advertisement and does not provide value for money. It is not even a standard hotel

The rooms are well air conditioned and fully function because of the heat. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Tiling in the bathrooms would bring up the image of the rooms

Staff was very friendly and accomadating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Accra.
