Very clean.

The advert was false. There was no running water to our dismay on arrival. Huge buckets of water in bathroom. There was also literally no wifi at all. And whats worse, all of my efforts to discuss/complain to the owner was constantly dismissed. I have never experienced an owner who wont appreciate my complaint! Booking.com gave me a partial refund.

no running water and they have encounter most of time low voltage on electricity which cause aircondition and electric stove out of order...

The owner went out of her way to call us and addressed our concerns. We are grateful for the communication and for attending to our needs.

For example they charge you 200 pesos for the pool but you have access only for 2 hours

Close to infinity pool and few beaches around, bed was comfortable and few extra mattresses were provided. Easy check in process and property caretaker was always there to assist.

No running water in the sink, shower and toilet flush. We weren’t informed about it prior to check in. Landlord provided 2 big water containers in the bathroom and one for washing dishes. This issue with water was going on for a while by what other people said. Disappointing wouldn’t recommend if you travel with kids.

No running water but they provided containers of water, there was no advise of same. Plus the listed phone number is incorrect.

Staff helped us arrange tours to the bat caves and Blue Bird overlook.
