Villa Marinsky Pietrasanta , Lucca

This B&B was a delightful surprise! Nestled in a beautiful old villa, the place had a real historic charm with a lovely garden. The cypress and magnolia trees offered a peaceful escape, and the recent renovations ensured everything was sparkling clean and modern inside. A huge highlight of our stay was Andrea, the host. He was incredibly welcoming and friendly, always happy to answer questions and offer recommendations. We truly felt like guests in his home, not just a room. While our stay was just for one night, this B&B left a lasting impression. If you're looking for a charming and comfortable place to stay in Pietrasanta, with a fantastic host, look no further!

Klassische Künstlervilla mit großem Garten. Ruhig gelegen. Super freundlicher Besitzer, wurden sehr nett empfangen und Andrea hat uns bei allem geholfen, während des ganzen Aufenthalts. Die Villa ist in der Nähe des Fahrradwegs zwischen Pietrasanta und Marina die Pietrasanta, so dass man mit den hauseigenen Fahrrädern überall super hinkommt. Strand etwa 10 Minuten, Ortsmitte Pietrasanta in der anderen Richtung 5 Minuten. Jeden Morgen erwarteten uns warme Croissants und Kaffee, ein Abend hat uns Andrea sogar zu einem selbst gemachten Abendessen eingeladen, das war sehr besonders. Unsere große Terrasse überblickte den Garten, saßen sehr gerne draußen. Im Garten gibt es weitere Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und bietet alles alles, was man braucht. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Städte, Berge, Strand, ideale Lage. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Posizione ottimale, accoglienza gradevole e famigliare. Posto consigliato anche e non solo per gli appassionati di arte e musica...

Location che ti sorprende per la storia che racconta e per come è stata allestita per ricevere gli ospiti. Si vive nella dimensione del museo, con le opere dell'artista che da il nome alla Villa. L'accoglienza del padrone di casa dà anima e caratterizza ulteriormente la struttura che già di per sè è coinvolgente. Posizione ottimale, fuori dal caos, ma vicina a tutto quello che serve. Ed in caso c'è sempre in Villa chi ti supporta in modo eccelso per qualsiasi informazione. Siamo stati davvero bene. Da ripetere l'esperienza

la villa è stata ristrutturata da un anno, certamente il padrone di casa implementerà i servizi per dare supporto ai clienti.

La possibilità di vedere opere d'arte sparse ovunque nella struttura e la cordialità del padrone di casa. Inoltre molto vicino alle spiagge di Forte dei marmi.

Non avere le chiavi per rientrare e dover telefonare per poter aprire il cancello.

The property is very nice and clean, the atmosphere around is surreal, full of art, very nice. It was just an overnight staying but i wish i can go back for more. The host is very nice and super friendly.

Il posto é stupendo, immerso nel verde e nel silenzio, nonostante sia molto vicino all’ autostrada e quindi comodo per arrivare e per spostarsi. Andrea, il proprietario, una persona fantastica e super accogliente!
