Could do with curtains in one bedroom

The location, the facilities, the cleanliness, the parking lot of the apartment. It is very suitable for 4-person families or 2 couples. There are department stores, cafes, shops in less than a 3-minute walk. Very close to the Old Town of Bratislava (5-7 minutes away). The hosts were responsive when we need some more information. We have family friends in Bratislava and we will definitely book the same place in the future,

Everything was OK!

Great refurbished apartment in city centre, close to everything. The instructions for picking up the keys as well as parking the car were clear. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything for a wonderful one night stay

The location was excellent as it was walkable to old town. However, personally important to me is that it was around the corner from my family home. It was clean They offered parking.

There is nothing I did not like.

Good location, close to the center, but not too noisy. Big parking and tea selection/coffee machine. The windows had good roller blinds. Good size terrace.

The rooms are so small we couldn't even open a hand luggage, so all our suitcases were in the living room during our stay which then felt small and messy. For 3 of us it felt tight. Accessing property is a bit of a hassle - last thing guests want to do is read 3 page instructions after a long flight/drive. For a single person it must be even more difficult running up to get parking card and back down. This could be simplified. Check out at 10 is way too early - should be forbidden here. Fortunately, they let us go later, so that helped. Shower head must be held to take a shower as it is not attached, which is annoying. Lighting could be better. The bedside lamps look like an outside prison yard :D we could not use them even if we covered them. And some plants also wouldn't hurt, but that's just an esthetic detail. Overall, we had a good stay due to location but it's a bit pricey for what it is

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a newly renovated block in a great location. The a/c warmed up the whole apartment as unfortunately we were there during cyclone Boris!!! It didn't stop raining, but that did not put a damper on things - just meant we couldn't use the lovely balcony. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay & having the underground parking was a bonus! Good sized rooms with plenty of storage space & very comfy beds to snuggle into during the storm!!Great wi-fi & excellent customer service from the hosts........very precise details on how to access the apartment/garage for the first time!

We struggled to get into the underground garage & as we arrived around 4pm, we were holding people up who were coming home from work . We noticed cars going in directly behind other cars , & this is what we had to do too. The previous tenant hadn't used the garage control properly , so we were effectively "locked out" . I contacted the team , who responded straight away with a suggestion to sort it out, which we did. Not really a criticism, just a little glitch!
