DEBei uns im Zimmer hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und wir haben direkt ein neues Zimmer mit funktionierender Klimaanlage bekommen! Die Küche war für Verhältnisse in Guatemala sehr sehr gut ausgestattet und wir konnten dort gut kochen und Essen zubereiten. Zum Frühstück gibt es Kaffee, Toast, Butter und Marmelade for free. Wir haben auch Shuttleservices über die Unterkunft gebucht.
Die Dusche im oberen Stockwerk ist etwas „provisorisch“ und mein Freund hat dort auch einen kleinen Stromschlag bekommen. Die Dusche im unteren Stockwerk hat aber super und sicher funktioniert.
ESEs limpio, incluye desayuno, el baño está muy bien y las habitaciones son cómodas. Pero, sobre todo, la amabilidad del personal!!

AUGreat location on the island of Flores. Good communal facilities including kitchen with coffee and bread available at breakfast time. AC in room worked well. Fine for the price but overall average accommodation.
The room was dated with curtains that couldn't be closed over fully due to being so old, so we were constantly in view of other guests and the street. Our shower had clumps of hair on the walls when we arrived. The 2nd bed in our room was smaller than an average single and very hard to sleep in due to size.

GBExcellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful. All parts of the hostel were clean and the rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. The aircon in our room was broken the first night. We told the man on shift overnight and he came straight up to look at it. He couldn't fix it so arranged for us to stay somewhere else (very close by) that night and when we returned in the morning it was fixed - really excellent customer service.
Looks a little tired and could do with a refresh. There were posters up saying you could get frer kayak rental if you booked 2 nights but they weren't available for use.
