Sidemersey Livings - Relaxing Central Tailored Apartment with Free Parking, French Balcony

The apartment is very well located, near Lime street station, Central Station, very close to important sight seeing sites. It is clean and very well equipped. The check in and check out process went smoothly, the explanation about the apartment was clear. If you are looking for a good value accomodation this is it.

Good location

Photos/video are better than reality. 2 sun camp chairs and washing machine under TV. Not cosy. Huge TV looks like it could fall off wall. Damp pillow cases and strong smell of bleach on arrival. Very tired building and dated. Expensive for what you got, but clean, and we only there at night. Don't understand the lock box across the road at a carpark.

The three of us spent two days in Liverpool and would have loved to stay longer. We felt at home in the very well-equipped apartment which is very clean and quiet. We were able to rest perfectly after a day full of impressions. The location was very good, very easy to reach on foot from the railway station. Bus stops just down the street. Everything in the city centre is within easy walking distance. We only used the public bus once for our trip to Strawberry fields, which we highly recommend. This short stay exceeded our expectations. Thank you Adam for the very good and friendly communication

Maybe a thicker curtain in the bedroom because of the outside lighting but it was not a big problem

Lovely apartment in surprisingly quiet block in the centre of city. Has everything you need with Lidl only a few minutes walk away. Ideal for both long and short stays. Recommended and will definitely use again.

The location is great--in the university district, and very close to the city centre, docks, etc. The check-in instructions were very clear, and the parking was nearby and reasonably priced. For a busy part of town, the bedroom was surprisingly insulated from outside noises thanks to facing into a courtyard. The flat was generally well-equipped with cutlery and dishes, linens, washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc. Staff were quick to respond to queries. Good water pressure and supply of hot water for the shower. For a small flat, it felt reasonably spacious. It was very clean.

The bed was a worn, uncomfortable mattress that needs replacing with something higher quality. The flat had an odd smell (maybe smoke?) the whole time I was there. The heater in the bedroom made loud thunking noises which woke me every night. There is a lot of light flooding in around the edges of the curtains; an inset blind needs to be added. While there were cooking dishes, there were no potholders to pull hot dishes from the oven. I was not asked for a preference, and my check-in and check-out details were automatically sent to my email address, which I did not have access to while travelling. There was a problem with processing my deposit through the external website they use, which I wasn't informed about until <24 hours before I set off, making things a bit needlessly stressful.

Nice, clean apartment right in the centre of Liverpool. Perfect place to stay for a group of 3-4 people.
