Tropicana Loft Canggu

Un endroit moderne, bien situé. Le loft est grand. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut !

On sent que l’appartement se détériore. Le canapé est sale et la porte d’entrée est vétuste. Par ailleurs, la piscine n’est pas agréable, il y a des appartements autour dont certains locataires sont là depuis longtemps (ils font sécher leur linge aux abords de la piscine, c’est pas du tout agréable) et il n y a pas de place pour profiter. Je n y suis jamais allée.

We arriveerden een dag later dan gepland, dit doorgegeven aan de accommodatie. Personeel leek nogal verbaasd dat we er waren. Desondanks fijne dagen hier gehad.

My room was on the 3rd floor, which wasn't ideal after a long day of travel.

Loft is nice, everything looks as it is shown on the picture. All rooms are very spacious and generally beautiful, liked the territory and the swimming pool. You may reach loooots of places right from there, any delivery works as well. Price/value is really high. Water temperature and pressure was fine.

You may hear your peers during late time hours. If you put projector instead of small tv on a big white wall this would be just wooooow,

clean, nice location, tentative service.

We initially booked Tropicana Loft for just one week, but ended up extending for two more—and we’re so glad we did. The space itself is lovely, well maintained, with fast internet and a peaceful atmosphere (you can’t hear a single motorbike from inside the room, which is rare in Bali). But what truly made the experience exceptional was the team. Huge thanks to Wahyu, Arik and Yuda for going above and beyond to make our stay feel special. Their hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel at home from day one. Can’t recommend this place enough—we’ll definitely be back.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Cleaning was done every day. The room's amenities were excellent—fully equipped from the kitchen to the bathroom with towels and other essentials. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Additionally, it is located in a secure complex.

The actual condition of the room was very different from the one shown in the promotional photos. New construction had taken place (and is still ongoing) right next to the property. There is a roof directly in front of the “room with a view” advertised in the listing, completely blocking the scenery. Of course, the construction outside is not under the property's control, but in that case, the promotional images should be updated, or customers should be informed in advance via message. When I contacted the property, they offered the option to move to a different hotel, but unfortunately, the new room was not better than ours. Another issue, again related to management, was the noise: hammering and renovation sounds started around 8am in the morning, which is not ideal when you're there on vacation to relax. After we warned the workers about the noise, they began working later in the day, starting around 11am, on the following days. Still, if renovations are to be carried out at a vacation property, management should strictly coordinate with the construction team to schedule working hours appropriately. In the end, I had to give a lower rating than the place might have deserved. These management-related issues need to be addressed.
