The agent was nice to us , our chalet was very clean and warm and the lady who showed us the rooms was very nice, friendly and humble her name is Zandile

The old white receptionist lady she is so racist and disrespectful, she was shouting at us for no reason .she didn't even apologized to us instead she laid a false complain saying one of us was swimming naked, where on earth can someone do that?.. luckily we took videos of us in swimming in the pool as a proof that nobody was swimming naked, she just hates black people end of story.. we still going to expose her

The place was neat, clean and very cosy. Great location, safe and very peaceful.

It's a 3 bedrooms House but all bedrooms have its own separate entrance.

There was no breakfast.

The place was dirty. The showers had fungus and every metalic item in the shower had rust. The shower was not cleaned despite having advised the property owner of the status of the showers and kitchen cupboards. The housekeeping lady came and only left toilet paper and replaced the towels but did not clean. We never met the owner/host. He only sent the housekeeper to provide us with the keys. There was no soap, no toilet paper, no iron and no Wi-Fi. We had to relay on the connection from the Lodge, which was also week, as a result we couldn't connect. It is not a bed and breakfast.

False advertising, 3 separate rooms not a house, outside doors couldn't lock properly windows couldn't lock, fridge had no shelves in it, no sea/pool view. Very very disappointing. Had to go and look for other accommodation. Asked for a refund .

the manager was extremely rude, accused people of doing things that did not happen.

The staff were friendly.Mr sizwe siyabonga mtasekhaya ngokusinaka.

6 of us but they gave us 1 toilet paper to share 🙄🙄🙄
