Location is great.

Air conditioner did not work. Toilet was broken No air conditioner in lounge

Good area and safe

Place was infested with spiders and ants. Even in the shower. Aircons in certain room was not serviced and it was very hot.

The location was great, peaceful and easy to find. A good sense of security. Child friendly, clean swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms not suitable for family with young children. Wifi could not connect in the bedrooms that were further from the reception. The kitchen stove was not working properly.

There was not much to like, we had complaints from the moment we got to our destination, it was absolutely horrible

Everything, totally mislead with the photos on the website when we booked compared to ariival

I liked the kindness of the staff and the private entrance

The rooms were not 100% clean The tv wasn't working One of the rooms did not have hot water My 1 year-old was not catered for as she couldn't bath in the shower

Very dirty and not up to standard at all. Sent a request for a refund and did not want to refund me
