Nothing. It was excellent.
FRWe had a great stay here. The accommodation has a free shuttle that picked us up from the Bus terminal even when we arrived so late. Excellent costumer service. The ride from the city to the accommodation is already a great experience in itself where you can see the lush countryside. The space is very clean, the beach is just walking distance. The location is in a safe village community setting. We booked once and we went back a second time because we loved it.
PHThe place is quite big. It can easily accommodate 10 - 20 person. It was clean and there's a lot of sitting capacity, this is actually good for events such as parties. The bathroom is clean and large as well. There's a kitchen where you can cook and complete with utensils too. Kuya (sorry, I'm not good with names), his very accommodating, he took his time to tour us with the place. And is very responsive with our queries.
For those who have vehicles, they currently have side street parking. I suggested they make the patio a parking space instead. Hopefully, they can renovate the space.
INClean place, homey atmosphere, everything is new inside, very comfortable bed, very quiet and safe around, no traffic around, which allows for a good and continuous sleep, hot water in the shower, I will go back to sleep there again
AUThe place was lovely and Mr Perlo made what would have been a bad day with blackouts a very enjoyable one

NZVery tidy open space. With a cool roof top area. Having karaoke set up in the room was fun. Space for lots of guests. Good basic kitchen set up. Host is super helpful.
