We had a fantastic 8-day stay at this property while in town for a wedding. The house was exactly what we needed - clean, comfortable, and in a great location near Passyunk Square. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, with plenty of excellent restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. We didn't have a car and found public transportation very convenient - we even used the house as a launching point for a day trip to New York City via Amtrak! Inside, the house was spotless and well-maintained. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms felt fresh with all the basic amenities we needed. The kitchen had everything necessary for our use - we mainly relied on the coffee pot each morning and the microwave for reheating leftovers from the amazing local restaurants. The AC was great during some muggy Philadelphia days and kept us perfectly cool throughout our stay. Our two kids absolutely loved the ski ball machine downstairs - it provided endless entertainment and was definitely a highlight of the trip for them! We felt this was an excellent value for our family of 4, with much more space to spread out and relax. We would definitely book this property again and highly recommend it to families visiting Philadelphia!

Our only minor note would be that the main bedroom could benefit from some softer pillow options for those who prefer them. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay!

I just spent two fantastic nights at a B&B in Philadelphia, and I can’t rave about it enough! Even though I didn't meet the host in person, their hospitality shined through in every aspect of my stay. From the moment I booked, I received a detailed guide and clear instructions that made check-in/out a breeze. The guide was filled with valuable local tips, parking advice, etc which made my trip so much easier and more enjoyable. I’m very grateful that the host took their time on making everything quick and accessible. The space was beautifully decorated and things were easy to locate. I was thoroughly impressed with the thoughtful touches throughout the property, and I felt right at home. Overall, my stay exceeded all expectations, and I’d definitely choose this Airbnb again on my next visit to Philadelphia. A huge thank you to the amazing hosts for making my stay so memorable!
