Check-in is available from 11:00 to 14:30 and from 18:00 to 24:00. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. The restaurant is close every Tuesday. The property is equipped with air conditioning,ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. The property features a Bike Room and a Ski Room,dedicated spaces for safely storing bicycles and ski equipment during your stay. Please inform the property during the booking process if you plan to bring a dog. Please note that a maximum of 1 dog is allowed per booking, and will incur an additional charge of 20EUR per day. Please note that the property can only accommodate dogs with a maximum weight of 20 kg or less. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. The owner Luciano is very kind. He responded to every inquiry and request in the shortest possible time. Apartments are equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. Restaurant is no longer under the apartment, so parking is provided in front of the entrance.

A great place to stay if you're in Aosta for skiing. We had a room with two bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need: a gas hob, microwave, oven and cookware. The only thing we missed was a teapot, but it is not necessary in Italy. To the gondola lift 2 minutes by car, to all sights the same 2-3 minutes. The main advantage is the owner and his wife. If we come to Aosta again, the question of the apartment is already solved
