Charme and relax in downtown Parma

This is the best flat we ever stayed in! It feels more like a mansion: extremely spacious, furniture is a blend of modern and classic, all amenities one could wish for. AC works very well and kept us fresh on warm summer days. Best possible location in Parma, a few steps away from the Opera theater, the cathedral, the Pilotta museum complex. Nevertheless it is extremely quiet, even on weekends and with all the restaurants nearby, thanks to the well-insulated windows. The kitchen is very well-supplied with all the basics for cooking and the Moka for the coffee. Big bonus: an extensive library of books, both old and new, in Italian and English, with a handful of Parma guides as well. The host was extremely nice and helpful. Wonderful experience!

The location was excellent; the property was spacious and very comfortable. Giovanni was there to receive us warmly on our arrival, which we greatly appreciated. He was a very helpful, pleasant host; gave us good recommendations and advice throughout our stay.

We found the lighting in the dining room suboptimal (bright ceiling lighting). A standard lamp could make it much pleasanter.

Amazing location. Very cool and unique style. We really liked the vibe the place had. Large. Plenty of space for a family of 4-5, more if you had a couple blow up mattresses. All the amenities you would need from full kitchen to washing machine. Parma was amazing and our hosts were great.

The location was amazing. The host was very helpful with great restaurant suggestions. The apartment was very comfortable with a functional kitchen for breakfast. The elevator was handy for the 4th floor apartment.

The apartment was very central. Lift was an asset. It had everything we needed.

The central location was absolutely perfect. The apartment is located near all the main historical sites, the bus lines, the river, shopping, and great restaurants.

The twin beds were a bit too firm but that is my personal preference. The beds were good quality with nice linens. The large bed had a very comfortable mattress that wasn't quite as firm.

Pietro helped us to find a affordable parking and was very nice to us. The apartment is just amazing, pictures don’t do justice. It feels very homely and very comfortable. thank you very much for the good time in Parma!

Giovanni is a kind, helpful and communicative host. The apartament is much more spacious than it can be seen on the pictures :) Central location makes it perfect for getting to know the city.

The apartament won’t be suitable for people who prefer peace and quiet as the sounds of city life are very much audible. The mattresses in the smaller beds are very soft.
