ROEasy access to the house, fast entry, it has air conditioning and has a nice temperature, good facilities. Big backyard and terrace with a big grill, ideal for big families. Has plenty of board games and places to play. Sauna is amazing and easy to set up, and works very well, definitely best part of the house.
The bedroom with the private bathroom had sewage smell leaking out, and in the kitchen the big windows don't have a bug net, so at night these green mosquito-like bugs come in and there are a lot of them. Thankfully they only like the light and don't do anything, but still annoying because of the amount that leaks in. The house is a bit far from the beach when walking, but if you go by car you can reach one in 5-10 minutes.
