Apartamento bonito em condomínio tranquilo e com bastantes facilidades (lavandaria e engomagem, especiarias, cápsulas de café, loiça básica). Parque infantil impecável, para crianças +4/5.

A cama e o sofá deixam a desejar no conforto (ponto essencial). De resto, ficou só a faltar 1 ou 2 pormenores de apoio (chavenas de café e pousa panelas) mas ultrapassável.
