Maxhome at The Shore Kota Kinabalu

As a regular traveller to the shore condo. This trip was a nightmare. The unit its in horrifying conditions. Bedsheets and towels are all black in colour.Worst is the PIC is aware of the condition and could only answer "Yeah we are waiting for the landlord to repair" It was a long weekend and told we try to change tomorrow. Today's we are fully booked. Luckily I manage to get a refund and immediately got another unit from another host.

the location is really in the city, nearby to pasar philippines. the sea view also nice.

the check out is too early at 11am no consideration, around 10:55 they already knocked on the door and if want extend 1hr additional rm20 but max until 12noon only, .. the room was ok but not too clean, can see dust even the dining table also was dirty when we arrive. maybe next time could provide wiping clothes.

I was late check in near the midnight. But its ok. I just dont feel ok to check out before 11 am since its seems too early. If its just 1 night stand so we guests just paid for less rhan 24hrs and thats not fair lol. No compromise they were waiting impatiently in front of my door to push me check out faster😫😂

Room is clean and comfort. Washing machine with dryer is a plus to do the laundry. Walking distance to every places in KK city.

The lift is limited for a huge crowd.
