L’attente pour prendre les ascenseurs et le monde dans la piscine, je soupçonne des personnes non résidents squatter la piscine… Attention aux « canapés lits » si vous êtes 4, ce sont des banquettes pliables qui sont dures. Notre lit double était un peu mou mais ça allait.

Review: Disappointing Value for the Price Paid I had high hopes for this stay, but several issues made it less than ideal — especially considering the rate charged. 1. Room Size & Value: The unit was quite small and didn’t reflect the price point. It felt more budget than premium. 2. Poor Lift Access: There’s no direct elevator from the parking level to your unit — the access is disabled by management, so you’ll need to go through a maze of lifts, starting from the ground floor. Very inconvenient, especially with luggage or for elderly/disabled guests. 3. Parking Charges: On top of everything, parking is not complimentary. You’ll be charged MYR3 for the first 3 hours, and MYR1 for every subsequent hour — not ideal for long stays. 4. Noise from Outside: Despite staying on the 21st floor, the window insulation is poor — you can clearly hear outside traffic and noise. This affected rest and comfort. 5. Overloaded Lifts: The elevators can barely handle more than 8–10 people before the overload sensor goes off. Not well-designed for a high-density property. 6. Long Waiting Times: The building is packed with tourists, and you’ll often have to wait a long time just to use the lift — both going up and coming down. Overall, the location may be strategic, but the inconveniences and lack of comfort don’t justify the price. Not likely to return unless major improvements are made.
