Very spacious, comfy bed, washing machine, stunning views, responsive host, easy and accomodating check in and check out.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and offered breathtaking views of the lake. It was spacious and within walking distance to restaurants, cafes and ferry stops.

The apartment was incredibly noisy, with paper thin walls and windows that let in every sound from outside. We were woken up repeatedly by the 4 am deliveries to the hotel next door, and the constant traffic noise made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. If you’re a light sleeper, you will hear everything. While we were informed that all the appliances were in working order, we discovered the washing machine was broken only after loading it. They did send someone to fix it while we were there. Also Wi-Fi coverage is limited to the living room it does not reach the bedrooms

The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated with vintage furniture, with balcony opening up to lake view.

The property wasn't prepared properly. Firstly, the electricity was switched off from the mains which took us few mins and calls to figure out which is something you dont expect after an exhausting day and the charges paid for the stay. Second issue was there was no water in the apartment. It took almost two hour to figure out that it was turned off by some small switch in the bathroom which even the property managers weren't aware about where the switch is. Third and biggest issue was lack of proper heating in the apartment. There are 2 ACs and none in the bedroom to heat the apartment and they took entire night to effect a temperature increase from less than 10 C to just about 14C. This was very very inconvenient and extremely unexpected considering the weather. Though they were actively connected during these issues but one wouldn't want to live through them on their vacation. I was provided a refund which amount to around 50% per night charge of what i had paid for.
