Very cosy home that was a perfect shelter for 11 days while we had renovations completed in our house. Full of every type of mod-con you could need, including some great knives (brilliantly sharp). Rooms were warm and comfortable, as were the beds. Owner was brilliantly helpful and responsive to any of our questions and queries. Nice big TV in the lounge with decent access to freeview channels and smart apps. Found a cupboard full of games in the dining room, so we had a fun night as a family around the dining room table. Wouldn't hesitate to go back. Really convenient if you are visiting Penarth or want to spend time in Cardiff City Centre.

Not the owners fault. but parking was a challenge at time. We had 2 cars with us and within 5 minutes of parking up outside the back door and in front of the property's garage we had a neighbour knocking on the door to ask us to move the car so he could get his van out in the morning. We moved a car of course, but it turned out that he could have got out anyway, just would have required 20 seconds of manoeuvring! It's by a school and I think the teachers park in the close so spaces get grabbed quickly!

"Lovely house, it was a home away from home"

Brilliant hosts who couldn't do enough for us. I asked for specific requests which they delivered on. My parents who had arrived from New Zealand wanted to visit certain places which the hosts printed out information for. Location was great, easy to reach the city centre by car, not far from Barry beach which we visited. There was 4 of us, we also had a dog which they allowed to stay in their property. The property was clean, and well equipped in the kitchen to enable us to cook. All mod appliances. They had cling film and foil should you need it. They also left us a carton of milk in the fridge. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Nothing, can not fault this property.
