Die Lage war top, das Meer der eigentliche Star des Hotels. Die Beach sehr schön und gepflegt, die Anlage als solches auch. Food sehr gut.

Leider schlecht war das Personal, das offenbar vom Hotel Manager keinerlei Schulung erhalten hat. Vielleicht weiss er nicht, wie man ein Hotel führt?

The welcoming from the ladies at the reception was not very good, even though they were polite. There was no tour of the hotel or a description of the facilities that they offer. They also forgot to bring our luggage when we were waiting in our room for them. At the restaurants there was no Tinian local food variety. Also, the nosti menu needs a bigger variety in terms of beach snacks.

Roads are poor. Very dangerous turn onto hotel road. Needs to be upgraded right away.

Beautiful architecture, building and location

No evidence of any management or leadership. Staff poorly trained. Wine list non existent TAXI TO AND FROM HOTEL FOR SHORT TRIP 60 EURO!

Η τοποθεσια αριστη. Το απλο δωματιο πολυ μικρο. Πληρωσα τα επιπλεον χρηματα για να με μεταφερουν σε junior suite. Η παραλια καταπληκτικη.

Το προσωπικο ειναι πολυ ευγενικο αλλα εχει απειρια.

The secluded location, large rooms and wonderful staff at breakfast (only)

The front office/ reception staff were not attentive to details or nuanced responses to simple questions either ignored or dismissed. They need better communication when interacting with guests

Perfect in every detail. Friendly employees, good music, beautiful beach, clear water.
