l’hotel è di recente costruzione ed è ben concepito: spazi comuni come la zona colazione godono di una vista spettacolare sulla baia sottostante con spiaggia privata ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. l’accesso alla spiaggia è facilitato da un servizio di buggy cars. alle spalle della spiaggia vi è un ristorante per poter pranzare senza dover tornare nella struttura principiale. Anche il verde che circonda l’hotel tradisce una progettazione attenta evidentemente realizzata da professionisti. Ka nostra camera, affacciata su piscina condivisa, offriva una bella vista e spazi ampi, fra i quali una veranda con sedie, tavolino e letto matrimoniale prendisole. colazione abbondante con ricca scelta. Fin qui gli aspetti positivi. la parte negativa è legata alla gestione, forse non ancora rodata dopo solo una stagione dall’apertura: la televisione della camera non ha funzionato per ben 2 giorni prima di essere riparata nonostante i frequenti solleciti (ci siamo così persi la finale di Wimbledon). Dopo 2 giorni di soggiorno il personale di servizio ha semplicemente smesso il riassetto della camera per la notte. Anche in questo caso abbiamo dovuto esprimere reclamo, Nonostante il personale allo ristoranti ed in spiaggia fosse composto principalmente da giovani (fatto molto apprezzabile e inusuale per noi italiani) abbiamo notato un certo distacco e difficoltà ad essere empatici (non sempre salutano a vi è scarsa attenzione). Conclusione: struttura bellissima (ci tornerei) ma necessita lavoro di addestramento sul personale e una maggiore supervisione da parte dei responsabili per poter raggiungere il livello di un vero 5 stelle.

Our stay was great. However, given the high price (550 euros per night), I think there is room for improvement. This is "complaining" at a very high level, but should help management make the experience even greater. Given the price level, the sauna/spa area should be complimentary for all guests (and not make them pay an additional 25 euros to access those facilities). The hotel uses plastic straws when drinks are served - it's not much to ask to change this to metal or glass straws. Given that the branding of the hotel is very much wellness focused, I think more needs to be done to fully embrace a wellness mindset. It has to go beyond using beautiful, wellness-inspired visual communication: offer more yoga and other sports classes such as pilates, meditation (two yoga classes per week that are currently on offer are not enough), gym needs to be better equipped, there need to be more healthy food and drinks options as well as gluten and lactose free options at the breakfast buffet. Turn down service was performed only two nights out of five, which should not happen. Conditioner and body lotion should be replenished without having to tell the reception. On the last night, there was a huge problem with an electricity and water outage in the entire hotel (the whole island seemed to be impacted). It took a while for management to fix the issue - again something that shouldn't happen at this price range.

location was amazing, very lucky to have the option of having its own beach. loved the architecture and the balcony and pool in the room. great breakfast and amazing service for greek standards.
