The cleanness and hospitality is very good.

The entry so terrible. The rain water is splashed all over the the entry point There are no option to come in. Don't trust the hotel In my hotel price is the meal is included, but deind to give, I spoke with customer care, but they not able this problem

Okay, how do i start , so i had this booking in hotel c pearls & they denied my check-in by saying that it’s overbooked. & i had my reservation 3 days before. So, i was stuck with no where to go. I tried calling your customer service but they were putting me on hold again & again which was quite frustrating. Then i had to find another hotel on my own , i got around 9pm. So, it was the worst experience of my life. I hate the property reception. Those guys were just awful. They had no sense of talking & were fighting with us.
