Beautiful penthouse condo with stunning views of both ocean and city

The location is perfect and the room looked exactly as pictured. The view of the bay is awesome and there are one and a half bathrooms with a full kitchen.

The bed was not very comfortable and the electric blinds in the living room did not work the whole time we were there. The owner tried hard to fix them though, and was very responsive.

I had the pleasure of staying at this penthouse with an ocean view, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment you walk in, you’re struck by the spacious layout, spotless cleanliness, and thoughtfully chosen decor. But the true highlight is the view—waking up to the sunrise over the ocean was simply magical. The balcony is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset or a peaceful breakfast with the sea breeze. The location is excellent, and the host was incredibly attentive and professional throughout. Without a doubt, a place I’d return to again and again. Highly recommended!

This place is definitely not a penthouse. Nice place but needs some things updated.The showerhead needs replaced,outside furniture needs replaced,vents need to be cleaned, hand towels should be provided, and the towels and sheets did not smell fresh. You need to bring your beach chairs and umbrella. If not, it will cost you $30 a day.

Furniture on the balcony is worn out and should be replaced. Hand towels should also be available.

The penthouse, it's just as it says penthouse. It is stunningly beautiful with views that are even more radiate than the sun. Bring your food, bring your coffee, and enjoy a well stocked. penthouse. Convenient location to Fort Lauderdale to Miami.. What a pleasure.It was to find such a hidden gem. Our host was fantastic to work with. We look forward to renting this Penthouse again. For this event next year.l

No Breakfast. Location good.

To start out all the fees!!!!!!! on top of what I paid for the resort I had to pay $10/ day for parking and I had to pay a Fee of $30 for a key fob. Both were NOT disclosed when I booked. I am so disappointed. I will NOT recommend this property!!!!
