location was nice just on the edge of the tourist district, nice common room, handy restaurant on premise, friendly staff, good wifi

no hot water at all, staff clean the cafe well each morning but cleaning of rooms or common areas is spotty. They do not keep their word. They advertise free early check in. I requested an early check in to be told no. When I pointed out they advertise it as included in price they said ok but when I arrived at 10 am as said my room was not ready and I had to wait about an hour even though it was low season and half their rooms were empty. They advertise 10% off all meals but I only got it when I asked for the discount even though I stayed 3 weeks. The meals are mostly good but when they screw up they still charge you for food that was unable to be eaten. My room was above the kitchen and closest to the cafe which made it very hot and very noisy in the mornings when they opened up. I did get a stomach bug from eating there. Hot water for washing hands at every sink would have prevented this.

The rooms are smelly and painfully hot due to poor ventilation. There were lots of bugs and cockroaches Don't plan to stay during peak summer

A simple home style pension/guesthouse. Very friendly people and decent value. For basic accomodations, one could do a lot worse . I heard the restaurant was good but didn't try it.

Nothing really to complain about. Maybe as a couple, I would recommend something slightly more comfortable but it's all relative to budget.

Excellent location near the riverside markets and restaurants. Interesting temple around the corner. Terrific food and service. Lovely old teak building -- this place has some history. This is not bland, Holiday Inn-style accommodation, it has character.

I tried a room without aircon for one night, but it was definitely the wrong time of year for that! Aircon is a bit extra, but this is the same everywhere in Cambodia where electricity is still relatively costly.

Great value, even better food, and a pleasant staff who tries to keep you comfortable.
