GBAbsolutley stunning properties beautiful setting and view of verona. Really comfortable bedroom. Shared kitchen and living space nice had what you needed. Had a lot of banging over our stay, which was not from the property, but presume was some groundwork or heavy machinery somewhere from 8am tip 10pm ish... presume that is not there most of the time as detracted from the lovely peaceful location. Was some miss communication on booking.com re pool being available, as winter, it is not as not heated (totally understandable) acknowledged and will be altered for future guests' knowledge. Will definitely be back though to experience the pool! Just a couple of tweaks that might be helpful... Guests to be greeted when you go for breakfast for the first time of where to sit and where things are would be nice... other mornings, you know. Missing a few labels on condiments and cake etc as didn't know what they were or what was in them (thinking of those with alergies). Pictures in room didn't match the surroundings.. I.e. beach pictures. Would be nice if had vineyard pictures or verona pictures to match the setting. Bedside tables were unstable if not positioned correctly as spilt coffee when I put it onto the table due to this. Oh and a couple more vegetarian options and soft drink options on the restaurant menu would be nice as quite limited. But the staff were so helpful and considerate couldn't do enough for us! Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be back to see you in the future.
THThis hotel's location is a major plus. The views of Verona are amazing. I really enjoyed just looking out and taking it all in. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Wow, breakfast was a real treat! So many different things to choose from, I didn't know where to start. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful.
The room could really use a deeper clean. Daily cleaning felt rushed and not very thorough. They even forgot to restock the complimentary water bottles on the second day. That's not great service.
DEGBCheckin procedure is a guess game especially if checking in at night. A map some signs, locker or smartlock would make things a lot better. You have to go take the keys from a place then go to and try to find another place where you are actually staying.
