The heating was very loud and didn’t work well so we had to turn it off at night and in the morning it was very cold and damp

I loved the resort, the staff were amazing and so was the restaurant. Everything was lovely I just didn’t like were and how the apartment was situated. The nicest staff I have ever met. The strand was also lovely.

Definitely worth it as although the campsite itself is not large since it is on the side of the mountain and split in various levels, the view of the lake and the mountains is spectacular and the private beach great!

The view is astonishing, the private beach is perfect and the staff was beyond friendly.

We stayed in one of their mobile homes. We didn’t like it because of the following 3 reasons: 1. The uncomfortable foam beds that were way too small for us (we’re tall people though) 2. The total lack of privacy. Some of the mobile homes were placed in L-shapes to face another mobile home. And we were unlucky enough to have one of those. Great if the other mobile home is rented by friends or family, but not so great when you’re facing strangers (especially when they smoke 24/7 and can look straight into your private space since the ‘curtains’ are tiny bits of flimsy fabric). 3. The feel of the place. It’s clearly recently refurbished (fancy logo, brand new restaurant etc.) but the mobile homes are still outdated and it’s right above a very busy road. It’s perfect for a few days of lake experience, but we regretted booking for a full week in advance. So, we didn’t complete our stay. We left two days earlier. In other words: I wouldn’t book it again.

1. Easy access to the 'private' beach across the tunnel. 2. The crew working there are fabulous. 3. Clean washroom for campers.
