The Owls Rest Shepherds Hut Hethel

The setting was lovely, didn't have any problems with arrival and although the hosts house is quite close we weren't disturbed at all. Everything was clean and well prepared, there was a little book with all the information you might need plus loads more recommendations for the surrounding area.

The only slight negative is that the water didn't stay hot for as long as we'd like, after washing up the dishes the shower only stayed hot for a few minutes. I'd recommend leaving time between using the sink and showering! Once we figured that out, showering the following night wasn't quite as chilly 😂

Well maintained, thoughtful for comfort eg efficient heating to keep a cosy feel on a cold night. Lovely peaceful location to unwind & enjoy the wildlife too. Nice touch to have a few books & simple games. Overall very comfortable.

It wasn't spotless but I'm not that fussy but some guests maybe.

The view from the hut was lovely. The hut itself was cozy and warm even in January.

No WiFi or signal on 02 but this was more for the lack of contact with out kids. If not it would have been fine

It was the cutest hut! Absolutely adorable and way nicer in real life than in the pictures. It was so clean and so sweet. The views were stunning and we saw some animals which was lush. The fire pit was so romantic. Bed was super comfortable, had a lovely sofa, really cute kitchen, and table and chairs to eat dinner. My favourite part was probably the bathroom! It was the cutest thing!
