Location was very good

Behaviour of the owner was not friendly.Cold water tap was not working in the bathroom. We complained and came to know that the cleaner staff already informed the owner about the problem early but he didn't take any step and allotted the defective room to us.

Service & room is fine. Behaviors are fine.

The room rent was Rs. 1100/- included gst. But one day before when we called them, then they said your booking was fail. But a confirmed information was with me by whatsapp. I sent the picture to them. But they did not agree. They said me- if you want the room, so, you will give Rs. 1600/-. I agreed and paid to them. Then we had nothing to do.
