Good location in quiet street. Near to bus stops on major route into town centre. On street parking. 2 mins walk from excellent CAMRA pub. 5 mins walk from a local Tesco Express.

"Could be nice, but needs work."

Nice location (although pub next door, so may be noisy at times). Decent size. Parking outside (although depending on arrival time, may be busy).

Mold on the wall. Smell of damp throughout. Dirty carpet in the bedroom. Dirty bathroom. Unwashed glasses in the cupboard..outside space unusable without serious cleaning. A real shame..potential to be really nice, but up for sale.and feels like the owner doesn't really care that much. Half a day to blitz it would make it usable, smell nice and not feel like a 1990s student house in a northern slum.

"Perfect for contractors working in the area."

Was a welcome change to hotels of which I'm used to. The bed was comfy, and the apartment was relatively warm. Shower was good.

There was a slight odour of smoke. I imagine a previous tenant/owner smoked a fair bit. It wasn't strong enough to knock me off my feet, but it was noticeable, though I got used to it after a few minutes. Parking was an issue, but hardly the fault of the owner.
