Beautiful property. Can accommodate a whole family. Aircon is great. Cooking facilities outdoors. Unlimited bottled water. Responsive owners

Provided with smelly towels and blanket. Poor bed linen Pool cleaner came in un announced. He has a key to go in. When we communicated that we felt scared to see him inside, he didnt come back to clean the pool again Property carer

"Could be a Nice Place but let down by Location and Owners…"

Property was lovely. Spacious. Clean.

Upon arrival, booking was made under the assumption it was Suitable for 12 people. But on app my settings were for 3 and i didn’t update… Owner complained there were more than 3… wireless Cameras overlooking property were active most of the time!! (So owner could Spy on us !!!) asked why price from Booking.com was cheap and then proceeded to ask for more money. Which we stupidly gave as had No where else to go (complaint to Booking.com to follow) Asked about Pool and was told Filters will only run for max 3 hours a day (due to cost?). It Was like Soup as not filtered enough!! Despite free Wifi details were nowhere to be found. Bed on Mezzanine floor was unusable as was like a Sauna compared to Downstairs… this is down to poor placement of AC unit. No privacy as house is open plan design. Few fixtures broken or missing (door knob on toilet, no towel rail) Found a broken Chair just left there. Although we said we were checking out @8am we had to wait for a Van. House keeping turned up didn’t announce themselves. 1 then lounged next to Pool on Her phone until we left…..

"It was all good until we are about to sleep. Stinky sheets and pillows. :("

It was very nice and the wifi was super fast.

The foul smelling pillows and sheets is unforgivable. We had to cover the pillows with our own towels so we could sleep. We did not notice it at first because the bed was on the loft. We only found out when we decided to go to sleep and it was already late. Very stinky pillows and sheets made our stay uncomfortable.
