Maneight Luxury Lodge with hot tub

Great stay, kids loved the hot tub, the lodge was lovely clean and comfortable. The hosts were great and very helpful and would recommend for a relaxing break.

We both absolutely loved it! The place is amazing with a great view. The lodge was very clean, we had everything we needed. Hot tub was a nice extra to our stay. Beds were very comfortable. We didn't talk to host a lot, but from the message we got they seemed to be very nice. I'd suggest maybe a small shelter by the hot tub to put your gown under if its raining but that's nothing really as it was all amazing! The kitchen is full of everything you could possibly need as well! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it! I'm very sorry about the wine glass!! It broke as I was washing it. The place is very nice inside. You have almost everything you need. Nice furniture, nice bathrooms, peaceful location, helpful and friendly host.

There did not seem to be a router and I couldn’t get a strong enough signal for mobile data.

Excellent location. Not far from main towns but far enough it was very peaceful. Internet reception wasn’t good but I wanted an off grid weekend. Lesley and Craig were excellent hosts and had so many extra finishing touches which were very much appreciated. Fully equipped kitchen, condiments, fresh duck and hen eggs, fridge stocked with essentials - milk, water some kids juice and a wee alcoholic beverage for adults plus a bottle of wine. Plenty towels and robes suppled for hot tub with disposable footwear. Beds very comfortable, a bath in one room and a shower in the next. Large living area with dinner table. Outside had amazing views. Hot tub, undercover seating area with fire pit and a kids play park. Also a fish pond with food you could feed them. The pond is fully secured off . Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Beautiful, peaceful location. Spotlessly clean, well equipped,modern and spacious lodge. Hosts just lovely.So welcoming and helpful. Nothing was a bother. Thoughtful touches in lodge to welcome us and free range eggs were amazing! We really didnt want to leave as it was so comfotable and relaxing.Already planning our next stay.

The property is in a very scenic location literally in the middle of nowhere. There was no wifi and next to no signal so this really is the place to go to switch off and escape reality and relax. Inside the lodge was beautiful and spotless, with lots of lovely extras inside including: a bottle of wine, bottle of water, some chocolates and some fresh duck and chicken eggs. There was a TV in the lounge with a huge selection of DVD’s under the bed to choose from. There was also a Bluetooth speaker for us to use next to the dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including: cutlery, utensils, pots, an air fryer, oven and gas hob. I also spotted a toastie machine in one of the drawers! Beside the dining table is a basket full of sauces which was useful. Cleaning materials were available also. We stayed in the large double room with an en suite bathroom. There is also another bathroom next to the small bedroom with a shower. There was toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms for us to use as well as plenty fresh fluffy towels. There was also an iron for us to use and Lesley even brought us over a hairdryer! Lesley and Craig were amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble. They assisted with any questions we had and came over to help us with the oven and the fire pit. They even brought us extra eggs over on our final day. The hot tub was so relaxing and had been set on a cleaning cycle for our arrival. The garden space is stunning, the pergola and the decking lit up beautifully at night. The pond with the fish is so relaxing and the hosts told us to make use of the fish food as we wish. The chickens and ducks are lovely to watch from the garden and there was an owl flying about in the evenings (the noise can be a bit scary) but we really enjoyed spotting it.

There isn’t really much to say in regards to what we didn’t like. The only possible thing we could say is that the lodge wasn’t fenced off to give us full privacy. The lodge is situated at the end of the hosts driveway so any cars coming in or out will pass you. The owners did tell us they plan to have all this fenced off to ensure privacy.
