Morning Breakfast need to be upgraded

picture did not quite show the room, and on arrival day was put in room even more inferior to image on picture room was not being cleaned daily as expected, i had to call for cleaners to come a bit to much noise from the corridors, perhaps from other tenants or from workers, which was disturbing to resting or concentrating language was a problem - for an international hotel there is need for fluency in english for better communication the hotel does not seem to be near the US Embassy, unless if its us a name (the inclusion of that part)

Very pathetic...no water , tv, in the room. No kitchen , offered outside poorest quality breakfast only 4 puris and a tea in a broken cup...no hot water and shampoo....very unprofessional tie up of booking .com....worthless.

The staff are welcoming and ready to make guests stay comfortable. They go all out to render assistance

The place was stinking when we came but they responded immediately to clean the place up There's no refrigerator, no iron, no windows at all, the tiles are too smooth and slippery especially in the bathroom.
