Berawa Village Suite

We really enjoyed the pool, however when asked for sun beds we were told that they were broken. Personally I believe things like this should be stated before arrival.

Firstly, when we arrived we had asked a staff member when the pool cafe was opening and she replied it has shut down. I believe that we should of been told this before arriving as there was no other food available on site. Secondly our apartment was filthy, there was mould on the kitchen counter top that they had just tried to cover over with filler. We then had just discovered that after cooking our food there, to then be surprised with dirty cutlery, plates and shelves. I then messaged the support group chat to get this resolved, I explained everything with pictures and they were not once apologetic and took a while to come and asses the situation. The maintenance guy then came around and just scrubbed the mould which obviously didn’t rid of it as I previously said to them they had tried to hide it with the filler. After a lot of complaining which shouldn’t of needed to happen if things were checked over before guests are checking in, they finally took all the mould off and re applied the filler. As the water is not clean in Bali they provide you with a filter pipe however when we found everything else dirty in the kitchen we was then brought to our surprise of the water pipe having mould in it too. We physically felt sick after seeing this as we had been drinking from it. We then found out that our air con was leaking with water which this lead to the wall getting mould too. We told the maintenance guy and he responded to oh I’ll just paint that over. This lead to one of us getting ill with a cold a couple days before leaving Bali. All in all this accommodation was not apologetic at all and I would not stay again nor recommend to a friend.

Amazing location very close to all restaurant’s and shops, room was beautiful and space was very clean. The staff went above and beyond for us, we were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday and I had arranged flowers. which Panj helped me organise, he was extremely helpful and polite. They also decorated the room beautifully, nothing was too much to ask and we both really appreciate it. The security man was super helpful too. So polite and well mannered, always checking in!

Удачное расположение на тихой улице, 2-этажные апартаменты - внизу кухня с возможностью самостоятельно приготовить еду, большой диван для отдыха, зеркало. На 2 этаже - двухспальная кровать, шкаф и ванная комната. Напор воды в душе был хорошим. Было очень много места и мы чувствовали себя расслабленно и комфортно. На территории есть бассейн, довольно большой, сам бассейн пытались чистить, но он все равно был недостаточно чистым. Персонал был дружелюбный и отзывчивый! Заселение и выселение прошло удобно и быстро!

Тихое место. Очень дружелюбный и приветливый персонал. Менеджер на связи и отвечает оперативно. Чистое постельное белье. На Вилле есть все для проживания.

Чисто, нет плесени. Нет запаха. Очень приветливый и заботливый персонал. Красивая ухоженная территория. В центре жизни, но при этом тихо. Милая кошечка Бисквит ☺️

Слышно как соседи поднимаются по лестнице. И стоит починить дверь у комнаты персонала, слышно как ее закрывают.
