Title Rawai Phase III by Beringela

You get what you see, honestly! Great, spacious apparent well equipped-the kitchen had all the basics, there was even a washing machine (with detergent incl.) on the balcony. Three well maintained swimming pools - which were never crowded and you will always get a sun chair. There is large 7-eleven right next to the property or bigger grocery shop just 8min walk as well as a lot of small restaurants and massage studios.

This is not a fault of the property but it was my first time in Rawai beach and so I was not familiar with the area and I was perhaps expecting that the actual beach for swim will be closer (there is a beach right in front of the property however it is more for the boats and it is along side the main road). You still have 3 swimming pools available however if you are looking for a place by the beach where you could sunbathe after this is not the case.

The location and the resort were very nice, with stunning view of the sea and boats in the morning. The resort was very organised and secure. There was parking available, and nearby amenities (7/11, Cafe, fish market, shops, restaurants). The host was very responsive, friendly and willing to help.

The room had an unpleasant, strong smell of humidity/mold, which made the breathing quite difficult. We had to sleep with the windows open, but was very noisy from the street. We thought that it might be from the air conditioner filters. The host was very prompt and sent someone to clean the AC, but unfortunately, the smell didn’t go away.

The surroundings gardens were well maintained & the complex was calm & relaxing.

The host lady Aum was super friendly and helped with every question. Swimming pools are very beautiful. Security is always there. 7/11 is just next to the complex, also cafes and the beach. Not noisy. There was a washing machine in the room which is cool for Thailand. Water pressure is good

The gym is pretty small. Water temperature in the shower at times fluctuated dramatically
