"All in all, we had good experience. Everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed."

8.0

Our flight was delayed and I kept the host updated, they mentioned this wasn't an issue and would put them in the lock box for us. I feel this was actually easier as when I read the reviews the pick up for the keys is 20 minutes away from the apartment. I'm so glad we didn't have to do this as if we did I wouldn't have been happier. I would look at putting the keys in the lockbox like you did with us for other guests as so much easier. Especially after flight delays, issues with busses etc too.

Issues with shower, I wouldn't say the building was old at all so wouldn't expect issues with hot water. Was 5 of us staying there and we could get 2 in the shower for a few minutes with hot water. I don't think their boiler can handle this amount of guests. If your staying 2 or 3 people I would say would be fine, if there's 4 or 5 of you I wouldn't recommend staying here if your bothered by hot water for showers.

Spacious modern apartment!

Couldn't use the AC, due to a local policy.

"A very stressful stay."

6.0

The bedrooms are comfortable. Air conditioner are a plus. Free WiFi is available and works. The size of the flat is good for a small group or family with children.

The location of the flat is not great for single female traveller. The location to collect the key to the flat was 20mins away from the flat that we were staying. We were given a wrong set of key. So, we were stuck outside the flat for more than 30mins. Our mobile was not set up to make local call. So, it took us more than 30 minutes to ask a total stranger to contact the reception on our behalf. To make things worse, the electricity shut down when we used our kettle in our first night. We ended with no electricity for more than 2 hours during our first night in the flat. We tried to ring the reception number but there was no answer. We had to bang on the door of one of the local residents to check the fuse box. It would be useful to know the flat is not designed to handle all electrical appliances at once. We were too scared to turn on the kettle again. So, we were not able to have hot water for tea or coffee. The kettle was full of lime scale. We did ask for a replacement but it didn't happen. The little " button switch that switch the shower head in the main bathroom is falling off and broken. Overall not a nice experience.
