Location, view from the window, nice room in general with all you might need

The boiler was making lots of noise at all times, making it very hard to fall asleep. Actions were taken by the host, but only after my stay.

The space was ok, it had the basics to spend a few days and was centric.

1: location Eventhough it's very centric, the street in particular is not safe. There are lots of "drunks" and homeless people, especially at night, we did not feel safe walking back to the apartment. 2: cleaning and supplies The place appears clean at first but there were lots of hairs everywhere, which was unsettling. Also some basic kitchen ingredients such as salt and oil weren't supplied. 3: host We arrived at the apartment which was supposed to open with a keypad. However it didn't work, and we had to wait an entire hour outside with our luggage. The worst part is we called and messaged the host several times and got no answer. It was only thanks to a cleaning staff member that happened to work at that time, that we we're able to get help. When a person came with the keys they didn't say a word to us, just put the key in the door and left, which was incredibly rude. 4: price and value This appartment is too expensive for what it really is, I highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay because it is not worth its cost.

1- chegamos e tinhamos de inserir um código para abrir porta do estúdio, acontece que não funcionou, e para entrar em contacto para alguém, tivemos de ligar para uma espécie de "central" e para nos atenderem de cada vez que ligamos tinhamos de esperar 10min. Conclusão tivemos de aguardar 1 hora mas nos virem entregar uma chave porque de facto a fechadura elétrica não estava a funcionar. 2- a limpeza terrível, chão da casa de banho com pelos, a ventoinha do teto tem camadas horríveis de pó, o termoacumulador fica na parede ao lado da cama e está sempre a fazer barulho, tivemos de desligar para conseguirmos dormir. Péssimo a todos os níveis. Por este valor é preferível dar um pouco mais e ficar num hotel. Péssimo

Great location

The room had a mold problem. My girlfriend is allergic and she woke up in the middle of the night coughing and with some swelling. We had to relocate to a hotel.

No elevator, a/c but we knew there was not

Nell'armadio in camera era presente una caldaia piuttosto rumorosa. Abbiamo dovuto utilizzare i tappi per le orecchie per dormire.

la ubicacion muy buena para todo. Centro, puente para cruzar a vila nova de gaia, lugares para comer

el ruido en la calle y la gente que la frecuenta por la noche
