Cheap, central and friendly staff

Rooms very basic but expected for price

Great location, easy to get to via public transport, friendly staff and clean spacious room

I stayed here in a flat with 3 individual ensuite rooms with friends. There was a good amount of space, a kitchen with fridge , freezer, hob, kettle and microwave plus a communal area with seats. The single bed was comfortable. It was a convenient location that was walking distance from the city centre and had some shops and restaurants nearby. It was good value for money.

There was some wear and tear to the fittings and furniture. The bathroom had some mould in the grout. The kitchen didn't have any plates, pans, cutlery etc., just 3 mugs. However most hotels don't also include kitchen utensils so it's understandable why they weren't included. Overall the small negatives weren't a problem, especially considering the good value and that these are student flats.

The staff were very helpful and let us store our bags there for the day. The front desk was manned 24/7

The services were limited and the bed was very uncomfortable. My friend stayed in a different room though and said their bed was very comfortable.

Well located. Close to bus stops. Budget accomodation with kitchen facilities. Quiet. Very helpful staff.

Cheap and cheerful, basic room. No TV, kettle etc. Plenty of power points. Wet room with shower, WC and sink. Toiletries provided. Building was very quiet. 24 hour reception so late arrival not a problem.
