"Overpriced, scruffy prison cell with poor bed."

Free tea and coffee.

Absolutely no sound protection. You will be woken up by people walking in the hall outside the room. Place is very scruffy and old. Feel bad that some students have to spend a year living here. Or I would do if I wasn't woken up by some during the night, having a chat in the hall. The bed is not long enough for an adult man and the mattress is made out of fluff. No back support. Pretty awful night's sleep. Overall not great value for essentially a noisy, scruffy prison cell with a bad bed.

Good location. Friendly helpful staff

Horrible bedding. Lots of silver fish. Felt dirty. No bin in room. Window barely opened and was really hot in the bedroom. Noisy at night.

"Pleasant and comfortable stay"

It was comfortable, clean, and made my stay pleasant.

I can't find anything I didn't like. Everything was fine. You shouldn't expect some luxurious facilities,but for a short business trip it was perfect for me
