Beach Base Lodge, Padstow Cornwall

I liked the little touches like having fans in the rooms and the layout of the lodge. The host, Simon was very quick to respond to any queries I had whcih I very much appreciated.

The Wifi! despite being advertised as good for the rea, in truth it was absolutely terrible. ven when only one person was on it was impossible to do anything even as simple as opening a web page, and as soneone who had work to do, I was not able to. We also didn't like that the garden and grass was left how it was. I know our host explained they left it to encourage nature, however, 95% of the site had lovely gardens with flower around and I personaly think it was more that the host didn't have time to sort it out. It made us not want to use the balcony outside as it just felt untidy.

Beautiful Lodge very clean and spacious. Everything you need for a stay. Decent food at the on-site restaurant. Great location for Padstow nearby. Easy to get too. Quiet and good parking facility. Showers were great and bed really comfy.

The property is very well maintained.

During summers, a small table fan could have been provided.

It has everything you need, very comfortable and relaxing stay. We will book again for sure.

Location was perfect for what we wanted in terms of family and walks we were looking to do. Place was very spacious and well equipped and comfortable, had everything we needed.. Hosts very responsive, unit itself pristine and clean. Would stay here again, local bar very handy for meals as well.

Can't really fault the place without being very picky. It was a very nice break. The onsite food was a decent standard There were some unexpected touches that made the lodge a little bit special.

The Sofa was not the most comfortable. I would usually not be seated as much, but the weather was as to be expected in early March.

Everything was perfect, excellent facilities.

Nothing, everything was easy to use.
