Lägenheten är väldigt högt upp i huset vilket var häftigt! Samt bra placerad i Makati.

Det var trångt lägenhet där vi knappt fick plats med våra väskor. Samt var det något dammigt samt fick vi reda på att man måste köpa biljett för att få tillgång till poolen och det gör i lobbyn, och det hade stängt när vi ville bada. Information som hade varit bra att ha från början.

The residence was central to our needs and the staff were helpful. Lots of restaurants in the building with many different choices.

The name of this facility is "Air Residence". The name under booking.com does not come up on google search. Elevators were slow, very slow and there was a power outage (planned maintenance) which shut down the residence for four hours during an afternoon.

Everything was great. Place is nicely taken care of and very comfortable. The hot water works very well. Location is great, view is amazing. Internet works fast.

You will see about 5-10 cockroaches everyday. But that’s more of the apartment buildings fault not the renter.
