Fantastic central location. Great hosts and communication. Very spacious and clean. Lovely touch with the chocolate biscuits.

Nothing very tired basic

Nothing very basic poor apartment only one bathroom for 4

Cleanliness, plenty of space, fast response to queries, location was very central

Shower was a bit temperamental

Spacious ,very clean with a well equipped kitchen and nicely furnished .Brilliant location ideal for our visit to a wedding at Eden barn .Central to the heart of Kirby Shephen with free parking available on the road near by .There is also a free carpark a short walk from the premises

Good location next to pub and chippy

Toilet/bathroom one and a half floors from bedrooms.

Immediately in the centre of Kirkby Stephen. A large old property for our visit of three adults and two very young children. Parking was also really easy. A nice large kitchen and also comfortable lounge. Decent bathroom with bath and shower with plenty of hot water.

The back bedroom was great but the two front bedrooms had the main road noise to contend with. Not a lot you can fix there. The sun also rises on the front bedrooms. One front bedroom had both roller blind and also curtains which definitely helped. However the second front bedroom only had very thin curtains and was very, very bright, easy to fix hopefully. The pub next door was very quiet one night but a little noisy Friday night.

The property met our needs for a one night stay at a reasonable price

Beyond the control of the hosts but the noise outside at night.
