Big beds, lux furniture and proper set up, large studios for gathering and great airing

We expected there would be like 4 towels, some coffee & tea stuffs and at least non wet bathroom mats. Then, we had hard times looking for entry from parking area going into apartment building. Wrong lifts and so on.
